My Heart Says, “Yes.”
The search for joy and peace rests with a very few components. At the most basic, these include, gratitude, surrender, intention and kindness. Understanding these leads to change. These are simple words and they come naturally to children. But as we move through our life, we make touching our true self more and more difficult.
Our five-week series will give you the tools to be aware of the choices you make. You will understand the “why” behind your choices. We will learn about the science behind our emotions and our reactions. Then, by incorporating new techniques you will create the opportunity to choose the path that serves you best.
Each of our calm-shops (this isn’t “work”, this is a peaceful return to what exists within you) will be on-line via Zoom. All sessions will be recorded and are yours to review. Handouts and any writings will be available in our private Dropbox folder.
There are several time options available. Please select the one that fits your schedule, but you are free to attend any of the times. Everyone’s life experiences change and I want to make this experience meet your life. I’ve scheduled a 7PM Pacific time to accommodate my west coast friends. I’ve also have included a noon session for those that take a long lunch.
